Behind My Sweet Little Princess Bowtique

It was around December 2009 and I was googling for Christmas gift ideas for my friends' kids. Being an Internet geek cum shopaholic, I chanced upon some lovely bowtique hair accessories on eBay. Being a mother of one boy then, I was amazed that we could turn ribbons into magic. I never ever know we can make such beautiful hair accessories! 

I was thinking I could import these over to Singapore and sell these in the mothers' forum, however I wasn't good in marketing/promotion and I didn't get any response at all. Maybe I overpriced these since shipping fees to Singapore was very high, there wasn't anyway for me to have any competitive edge.

I was quite disappointed and suddenly I thought and realized I could have DIY myself! I have always been a handicraft person since young. I was already doing Chinese Knots and making them into hair accessories and keychains when I was 9. Back then I was helping a craft shop-owner making Chinese Knots and she paid me with her craft materials as compension. I was happy then! To think about it, I had made and sell my own line of hair accessories since a little girl!

This is my first blog header, eBay store header . 

 I set up my eBay store just before Christmas 2009 and this is my first bow.

I wasn't too good at photo-taking then, this is the actual photo taken. I listed this on eBay and I was surprised to have my first sale within the same week! I still remembered my first customer, she has been my facebook friend till now. 

Sooner or later, I got addicted to this hobby and I just got to try out more and more designs. I learnt so many things through bow-making - learnt new apps, new online stores, photo-taking skills and so on and I made friends!

I am motivated to see the happy photos of the little princesses with my accessories, I love receiving custom requests.

I take pride in my crafts and love everything that I created. 

My beliefs on my creations and my items will not go out if they do not meet my expectations/requirements:

Cute, Sweet , Chic, Classy & fabulous, Light-weight & never stress babies' heads, Durable & long-lasting, Affordable for everyone, minimal material wastage, fashionable & trendy .

We have been around since 2009 and we have received orders from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Bulgaria, Brazil and we would love to reach out to more countries in the near future! 

We have a good range of materials and do feel free to request for customization (a different colour, size, a different hair hardware etc.,) .
