Sometimes we do take photos from other websites as a reference , however we will always mention the owner and link back, this is not 100% legally correct and if you are the owner and do not want us to use your images on our site, please write to mysweetlittleprincess@live.com to request to take down the images.
It is convenient to take other people's images and claim credit, however this is after all deceiving ourselves and our customers , taking things that doesn't belong to ourselves.
Each and everything handmade piece is unique and it is impossible to replicate other people's effort, why don't you do it yourself and use your own smartphone to snap and upload?
You own the copyright of the photo the moment you create it. It is so easy!
Please check this out.
Copyright attaches as soon as the original work is created, and applies to both published and unpublished works. As soon as you type words, click the shutter on your camera (or, for many of you, hit the home button on your iPhone), apply paint to canvas or paper or lay down tracks for your next hit, you’ve got a copyright (with some exceptions).
